Private Individuals: please pay the full amount in Colombian pesos using the exchange rate in force on the day the deposit is made at:

Send a copy of the deposit slip to Fax No. 57-1-2881614 in Bogotá, Colombia.

Corporate participants: Your Company must send a letter or a Form indicating the number of participants to be registered/registrations and the names of participants attending the course. The respective invoices will be issued at the latest, three weeks before the course’s start up date and must be paid in full before the starting date of the course.

Registration Policies

A.I.P would highly appreciate advance registration to the courses at least thirty days before the start up date. However, if there are still some empty spaces, registrations will be accepted up to one week prior to the initiation of the course/event. A.I.P S.A.S. reserves the right to cancel any of its courses if the number of registrants is insufficient to ascertain its efficacy.

The decision to cancel a course may be made two weeks prior to the initiation date originally foreseen. In the event that a course is cancelled, the full amount paid for the registration fee will be reimbursed or else registrants will be given the option to transfer the fee to another date assigned for the course to take place.

Reimbursements, Cancellations, Transfers And Substitutions

In the event a registered participant is unable to attend the course (s) for which he/she has registered, cancellation of attendance may be accepted under the following conditions:

That the cancellation be received in writing (via Fax to 57-1-2881614 or via e-mail to: training@aip.com.co one week prior to the initiation date of the relevant course, in which case 50% of the original amount paid, will be reimbursed.

A substitute may attend the course in lieu of the original attendee provided that A.I.P S.A.S is informed on the substitution three (3) weeks prior to the initiation date of the course.

Please bear in mind our cancellations Policy when making air travel reservations. We will not take up any responsibility for any additional fees for ticket cancellations or changes

Participants making air travel reservations through AIP S.A.S. must be aware that any changes to the originally booked itineraries will involve payment of penalties which must be borne in all cases and under all circumstances by the concerned participant.

In view of the above, we kindly request all participants to please inform their final air travel itinerary along with the registration. Itineraries cannot be changed within three (3) weeks of the starting date of the course.
